How do I place an order?

Buttercream Queen Cake Shop is a home-based cake studio, not a store-front, which means that business is conducted online via email. Fill out the form on our Contact page with as much information details as possible. To book your date and order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Please note that your date slot is not booked until the 50% deposit is paid.

How much notice is required?

At least 2-3 weeks notice is required for custom cakes and themed cupcakes. Cupcakes and cake donuts orders require 1 week notice. Your deposit should be paid at least 2 weeks (1 week for cupcakes and donuts) before your pick up date to secure and confirm the order.

When/Where do I pick up my order?

Pick up is in Brookside, off of Prospect Rd. The exact address will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery is available for an extra charge on certain dates/times. Delivery fees will vary based on delivery location. Buttercream Queen Cake Shop is not responsible should the client's cake be damaged after pick up or during transportation, or due to improper storage, and after on-site assembly at your event venue. We recommend keeping the your cake refrigerated and bring to room temperature before cutting. Should the cake be on display for long hours, it is the client's responsibility to please make sure the room has AC (air-conditioner) on.

How/When do I pay for my order?

E-transfer to buttercream.queen.cakeshop@gmail.com is preferred, as well as cash, debit and credit are also accepted. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book an order. The remaining balance is due before or on pick up date. Please have cash ready or card, or be sure to send your remaining balance in advance of pick up.  Your order will not be released without the full payment. Wedding clients will get a receipt upon full payment of their invoice amount.
